Our Company, a growing HR management and staffing firm, is seeking an entry level recruiter to join its team. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and precisely. Must have a sense of urgency and be proactive.  Responsibilities will include:

• Posting job orders via several platforms.
• Calling and screening potential candidates to fulfill client requisitions.
• Submission of qualified candidates to clients.
• Perform follow up on submitted candidates.

Qualifications:

• Personable and customer service oriented
• Must enjoy speaking on the phone 
• Sales oriented 
• Must have great communications skills (both verbal and written)
• Must have excellent computer skills
