Description
As a Senior Advertising Sales Executive, your core goal will be to identify key client opportunities to partner Direct Agents services.  The Senior Advertising Sales Executive will grow towards managing a sales team.  By working alongside the media buying, account management and marketing teams, you will streamline client goals and achieve successful client campaigns.  You will be actively recruiting new talent to continue team growth.  You must be a hands-on self-starter who leads by example, and is able to manage and prioritize multiple client projects effectively and successfully.

Responsibilities

-Manage sales strategy, which includes identifying key clients to target and seeing through the sales process on each client

-Build strong relationships with mid to large sized businesses and develop long term client revenue

-Help manage existing client relationships and look for ways to grow revenue across team accounts

-Actively interview, hire and train new sales candidates for the team 

-Perform presentations on Direct Agents solutions to clients to help increase their online customer acquisition needs

-Attend industry conferences and represent company at various industry events globally

 
Requirements

-4-10 years of experience in sales and marketing at an advertising agency or online media company 

-Strong understanding of the sales process with record of attaining top sales goals

-Experience partnering with C-level executives at large companies

-BA/BS or MBA in business, marketing or related field with a strong academic record

-Exemplary leadership skills and business acumen

-Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task and work under pressure
