Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Makes decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures operations achievements are effective.

· Exercises critical thinking skills to develop techniques and criteria for obtaining results / solutions and understands that errors can have a serious impact on overall success of functional, division or company operations.

· Answer incoming calls

· Greet candidates as they enter the office

· Perform general clerical support functions

· Review applications in the online applicant tracking system (ATS) daily

· Respond to inquiries from candidates

· Coordinate and schedule interview times with recruiters and hiring managers

· Perform reference checks on potential candidates

· Coordinate background checks and drug screens

· Update candidate records in recruiting system

· Respond to multiple orders, and provide professional support

· Assist in other recruiting and office activities as needed

· Enters employee data, pay, and benefits information HRIS and creates reports as needed

· Provides New Hires with explanation of pay / benefits

· Schedules new hire orientation

Education and Related Work Experience:

· 1+ years of recruiting coordinator or HR experience

· Experience with MS Word and Excel

· Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment

· Associate’s degree or equivalent and applicable work experience is preferred.


This will start out as a part-time job M-W
Hours 9-2
