We are seeking a Jr. Recruiter to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full life-cycle recruiting for a low to high volume clients, hiring the top talent in the market
  • Develop and maintain strong, effective working relationships with clients
  • Establish yourself as a talent advisor and strategic partner in the hiring process
  • Source, phone screen, schedule interviews and manage the entire candidate process, including offer negotiations and closing
  • Demonstrate a consistent screening and evaluation process for all candidates
  • Assess candidates’ skills and experience to determine the best fit within the client's organization.
  • Effectively negotiate offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in recruiting administrative and professional employees (at least 3-5 years)
  • Knowledgeable of some labor and employment laws
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees and clients
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience in medical industry recruiting and sales recruiting
  • Effective negotiating skills
  • Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs
  • Familiarity with online job hunting websites
  • Ability to travel when necessary (less than 25%)
  • Working knowledge of various industry spaces
