Description
We are seeking a Jr. Recruiter to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting for a low to high volume clients, hiring the top talent in the market
- Develop and maintain strong, effective working relationships with clients
- Establish yourself as a talent advisor and strategic partner in the hiring process
- Source, phone screen, schedule interviews and manage the entire candidate process, including offer negotiations and closing
- Demonstrate a consistent screening and evaluation process for all candidates
- Assess candidates’ skills and experience to determine the best fit within the client's organization.
- Effectively negotiate offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruiting administrative and professional employees (at least 3-5 years)
- Knowledgeable of some labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees and clients
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in medical industry recruiting and sales recruiting
- Effective negotiating skills
- Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs
- Familiarity with online job hunting websites
- Ability to travel when necessary (less than 25%)
- Working knowledge of various industry spaces
