Responsibilities:
Champion embedded based CRM programs:
• Identify opportunity segments by analyzing usage patterns per segment
• Obtain and analyze data to quantify maximum areas of opportunity, including sales, account maintenance, payments & billing, and reporting
• Partner with the field and CRM teams to establish and execute communication campaigns
• Identify and use numerous communication vehicles, both within the portal and outside the portal
• Shift offline to online commerce mix by 3% and offline to online account maintenance mix by 1.5% with this program during 2013
Develop and launch B2B online benefit program:
• Leverage utilization research completed in 2012
• Focus initially on SMB segment and expand secondarily into other, more complex larger customer sets
• Develop program framework that is both motivating to B2B audience and executable within Verizon Wireless systems
• Partner with field and other HQ teams to ensure program meets stakeholder requirements
• Shift offline to online commerce mix by 5% and offline to online account maintenance mix by 2% with this program during 2013
Lead online utilization research with outside agencies:
• Gather & disseminate B2B self-service findings from analysts, data research, and customers
• Identify and scope new study needs for the B2B audience
• Document agency needs and secure SOW agreements with online research agencies, optimizing the 2013 budget allowance
• Execute studies, draw conclusions, disseminate findings to field, HQ, and ISO leadership teams
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. MBA degree is a plus
• Experience:
o 5+ years B2B segment marketing experience with demonstrated success in CRM/ loyalty program development and results
o 2+ years in B2B market research
o 5+ years wireless experience desired, not required
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Strong knowledge of B2B web space, specifically the online self-service component
• Ability to learn new technology quickly and conduct research to understand both industry trends and customer needs
• Ability to present ideas effectively to individuals or groups and express ideas and information clearly
• Good working knowledge of B2B systems
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast changing environment, with changing priorities and often with tight time constraints
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to effectively communicate with Business, Web Team, and Outside Agency resources
• Superior data analysis skills, with expertise in quantitative/qualitative analysis techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills (project management certification preferred)
• Ability to facilitate collaborative resolution of issues with a “win-win” approach
• Organized and process oriented
• Strong written and oral communication skills
