Description
- Will assist in creation, testing and documenting of reports from Real Estate database
- Experience working with retail store leasing is imperative
- Candidate must be able to interpret retail lease terms (i.e., execution, assignment, rent escalation and
options, tenant allowance, etc.) to resolve landlord disputes
- Auditing/accounting experience mandatory
- Prepare reports for managers
- Ability to create, sort and format spreadsheets necessary
- Familiarity with lease abstracting very helpful
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels: from team members to senior management
- Demonstrates excellent problem solving skills, self-motivation, and team orientation
- Demonstrates analytic, technical, and organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, work independently and take direction
- Experience managing electronic filing systems
- High energy, Friendly, and Confident
- Some telephone calls, filing, data entry
- Knowledge with contractor industry is a plus
- Excellent computer skills with comprehension of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; some PowerPoint
helpful.
